These Standard Terms apply to the supply of all products and services by 100Knightsbridge Limited.

Agency

We accept orders and instructions only on the basis that those instructing us do so as principals and are liable directly to us for payment of our account.

We may ask third party contractors to do some or all of your work. We will act with care when selecting them, but we are not liable for their services or any errors in their work.

Adequacy of Instructions

Services are provided only when clients give all necessary and timely instructions, information, and authority. Clients agree to indemnify us accordingly.

Third Party Reliance

Our services are solely for our client and the client’s client. No third party may use or rely on them.

Delivery of Product and Services

Products are delivered via post, fax, or email. Alternative delivery methods are at your cost. Delivery details and prices are given in the confirmation or invoice.

Right to Cancel

You may cancel within 7 days under the Distance Selling Regulations, except for customised services or products. Some services (e.g., nominee, address) are non-refundable.

Non-Completion of Service

Clients are responsible for our costs even if the instructed service is not completed.

Search and Other Reports

We are not responsible for inaccuracies in non-public register-based reports or public register errors.

Liability

Our liability is limited to £1,000,000 except in cases of death/personal injury due to negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Data Protection

We use personal data to deliver services, manage accounts, and provide marketing. Data may be shared within our group or sent outside the EEA with safeguards. Contact us to opt-out or request data.

Due Diligence

Clients must provide identity and address proof under Money Laundering Regulations. Overseas clients must send certified documents in English.

Nominee Services

Nominee services require a signed indemnification agreement. Lack of renewal authorises us to appoint the beneficial owner. We may terminate services if there are any financial irregularities.
